These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of shwetoon.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. The service
ShweToon provides a digital catalog and reading experience for Myanmar comics and related information. The Site is currently offered without user accounts, purchases or user-upload features. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.
2. Permitted use
You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial reading and discovery. You must not interfere with the Site's operation or security, attempt to gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or make automated requests that place an unreasonable load on the Site, or use the Site in violation of applicable law.
Public search engines may crawl the Site to create searchable indexes, subject to our robots.txt instructions.
3. Content and intellectual property
The Site's design, software, branding and original editorial material belong to ShweToon or its licensors. Comics, artwork, characters, trademarks and other third-party material remain the property of their respective authors, artists, publishers and rights holders. Access to the Site does not transfer ownership or grant permission to reproduce, redistribute, sell, modify or publicly display that material except as allowed by law or with the relevant rights holder's permission.
4. Copyright and credit requests
If you believe material on the Site infringes your rights, or if a creator credit is incomplete or incorrect, email shwetoon.official@gmail.com. Please include:
- Your name and contact information.
- A description of the work or right concerned.
- The exact URL of the material on ShweToon.
- An explanation of your relationship to the rights holder and the action you request.
- A statement that the information you provide is accurate and submitted in good faith.
We may request additional information needed to review the request.
5. Third-party services and links
The Site may contain advertising, embedded services or links to websites operated by others. ShweToon does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, products, availability, security or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's terms and policies.
